2. Booking and Payments
- Booking Confirmation: Reservations are subject to availability. Once you make a booking, we will send a confirmation with the details of your itinerary and payment requirements.
- Payment Schedule: Full payment is required 30days before departure. If payment is not received by the due date, the booking may be cancelled.
- Deposit Requirements: A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. Pricing
- Price Inclusions: Prices include only the items explicitly stated in the booking confirmation.
- Price Exclusions: Prices do not include visa fees, travel insurance, gratuities, optional tours, and other personal expenses unless specified.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in taxes, fuel surcharges, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Customer Cancellations:
- Depends on the services which client is availing. In Hotel and land part depends on number of days before cancelation, other services, etc.
- Company Cancellations: We may cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). In such cases, a full refund or a credit for future travel may be provided at our discretion.
5. Changes and Amendments
- Customer-Initiated Changes: If you request changes to your booking, additional fees may apply. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
- Company-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, hotels, and transportation arrangements as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, delays, and lost luggage. The Company is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
7. Health and Safety Requirements
- Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your ability to travel. We are not liable for any health issues that may arise during travel.
- Vaccinations and Documentation: You are responsible for obtaining any required vaccinations and travel documentation (e.g., visas, passports).
8. Liability
- Limitations of Liability: We act as an agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, tour operators) and are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from their services. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the booking.
- Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, and other unforeseen events.
9. Code of Conduct
You agree to respect local customs, laws, and our representatives. We reserve the right to terminate your participation if your behavior disrupts or endangers others. In such cases, you will not receive any refunds, and additional costs incurred will be your responsibility.
